Sharing Candidate Videos Leads to Higher Quality Candidates (Continued)

In a previous blog post, we mentioned one interviewer who always asks non-negotiable questions for candidates to answer in their pre-recorded videos. That is, those are questions that if not answered correctly do not pre-qualify a candidate to move on to the next stage of the interview process (e.g. a question that involves knowledge of programming language that is key to a particular job).

Forming the proper interview questions can be key.  As such, it's recommended that those in talent acquisition or recruiters responsible for gathering videos of candidates consult with the hiring managers to find out what those non-negotiable questions should be.  That way, when candidate videos are viewed and shared, candidates will be directed to answer the most important questions that are key to the job.
