Adding Ziggeo to your pages can be done within few minutes even if you do not know any codes. This is great and we love that it is like that. Still we want to suggest making some small changes when it is possible.

Today we will go over one such option that should help you down the road.

Did you know search engines like to know the title?

The title is something that tells a lot about the video. You might not really think you have use for it, yet you already do. One of the reasons even if you are not using it is Google. Our player is outputting codes that are needed for Google and other search engines to understand your content.

When you add the title to your video you help them better understand what the video is about.

If you do not want to that is fine, our system will have to add some simple text in place of actual title. Still we recommend thinking about doing so.

Visual experience

Next to the above, some of our themes will also show the video title above the video as it plays back.

Unlike the info for search engines, this would not change anything about your SEO. This will however improve the experience of people playing back the video as they can see the title.

Can we show for search engines and hide on themes?

If you prefer not to have the title shown, yet would like to add it to the player that is actually simple to do. You would need a very simple line of CSS that hides the video title from being shown. That way it will be available and not visible in the same time.
