Susan Danziger, Ziggeo’s Founder and CEO, was the keynote speaker at the API Strategy + Practice Conference. Her talk, the Lost and Found of API Business Models, explained Ziggeo’s progression from a recruitment platform to the release of its own video recording API — to then to shutting down its platform so as not to compete with its API customers. Roller coasters were used throughout her talk as a metaphor for the ups and downs of launching a startup.
