How does Ziggeo account for video recording, playback and storage usage? Here’s what we DON’T DO.

• We DON’T round up to the nearest minute.
• We DON’T round up to the nearest second.
• We DON’T round up to the nearest millisecond.
• We DON’T even round up to the nearest nanosecond.

Here’s what we DO do.
You pay for what you actually use. Here’s how it works:
We add up all video usage across all videos in your account.
So if 50 videos were recorded for exactly 10 seconds -- we would charge you for 500 seconds of recording. We then take the minimum guaranteed payment you made at the beginning of the month, and if your charges exceed your guarantee, we charge the difference. And if not, you pay nothing more than the monthly guarantee.

We think that’s fair.
