Device Limitations on Ziggeo’s Technology
Ziggeo tries its hardest to ensure its features work across all devices. But there are times that devices simply won’t let us do what we’d like.
Regarding limitations, here are two:
- The web recorder on iOS does not allow Ziggeo to include a time limitation on video recording. That means although you can set a maximum recording time which show up across other devices, it won’t limit how long someone has to record on iOS;
- We are unable to display a face outline in both iOS and Android web. That is, while using the web browser within both iOS and Android devices, the face outline cannot be displayed. That said, the face outline does appear when using Ziggeo’s video SDKs for iOS and Android.
