Is Video Messaging  A New Form of Communication? 

Major sites (yet to be announced) are integrating Ziggeo to create a new form of communication: video messaging.  Forget Skype, forget written messages -- video messages are a way to show your personality without spending the time on live video.  Quick video messages and video responses to those messages are easily enabled with Ziggeo's technology.  You can only imagine the number of use cases in which video messages could be ideal: the dating world, for instance.  Instead of spending time on a Skype call when you realize in the first few seconds that the person on the other end of Skype looks nothing like their 15 year old picture -- or has that grating voice that gives you shivers -- or on the flip side, that person with an unflattering photo that has a personality that shines through on video -- you may just have missed your soul-mate but for the low-bar video messaging.

Or imagine in a corporate setting, instead of your boss sending a written holiday message or important announcement, she could simply record a video message that can be seen and heard by the entire company in one click.

Or think about hiring a candidate and asking those key questions on video -- with video responses that can be shared with your colleagues before inviting him in for an interview.

Video Messages may just be the new and improved Skype.
