Leveling the Playing Field: Part II — Pre-recorded Videos Lets All Candidates Answer the Same Questions

In the last post we discussed how pre-recorded video interviews levels the playing field for all candidates who are now all able to participate in the first round of interviews.  

Similarly, the same questions are asked each candidate, and each candidate has the same amount of time to answer the questions.  As such, it becomes much easier to compare candidates with one another, each of whom has had the same chance to state her case.  We're firm believers in giving everyone a fair chance -- and with pre-recorded interviewers, you're off to a great start.
