Messaging Issues Now Resolved

We've just learned that there have been issues with messages not being sent out over the past two days.  Please note that this situation has now been resolved.  We are now sending messages which we believe haven't yet been sent.   So if you haven't received a response to one of your messages, please note that it may not have been received.  And since we can't be absolutely sure which messages we need to resend, I suggest you re-send any messages to which you haven't yet received a response.
