Ziggeo launches hosted pages

Ziggeo launches the hosted pages feature which allows you to host recorder and wall-of-videos pages automatically on our servers. These page are plain html and can be customised any way you like.

Ziggeo adds email notifications

Ziggeo has added a new feature that allows you to be notified by email whenever a new video submission comes in. In order to enable email notifications, go to your dashboard, manage your application and add your email to the email notification list.

How can I restrict the video formats that people can upload?

If you want folks to be able to upload custom videos, but restrict the allowed video formats to e.g. mp4 and avi, you can do so as follows:

Automatically crop videos to optimal ratio

We have just launched an automatic cropping feature that makes sure all videos recorded from devices with different native resolution ratios are cropped to the desired size. Simply add the auto_crop option to your recorder embedding, and you’re good to go!
