The Impact of Ziggeo’s Mobile Launch: Employers Can Screen Candidates on Mobile Devices

Ziggeo recently announced the launch of its mobile capabilities. As part of this launch, employers can now initiate the screening process of candidates via mobile devices.  That is, employers can open a screening room -- that is, initiate the screening process by indicating the name of the position and questions to ask candidates -- all via their mobile devices.  Employers can also record videos introducing themselves, their companies and the open position -- all via their mobile devices.

With these new mobile capabilities, employers can also screen candidates by watching their videos on mobile devices.  They can also send candidates messages via their phones or ipads and view their dashboard -- all via mobile.

So if employers are traveling or don’t have access to computers or laptops with cameras, they can use their mobile phones or ipads for the entire candidate screening process.

And as noted in a previous post, candidates can now record and submit videos of themselves via their mobile devices as well.

Ziggeo lets you quickly and easily pre-screen candidates by watching their videos. Candidates simply record short videos of themselves for your own private viewing.
