Video Levels the Playing Field (aka Ivy League Candidates Beware)
With the increasing popularity of videos submitted by job candidates, we've heard time and again that people have been hired who would otherwise have been overlooked if judged solely on their paper credentials.
By requiring candidates to submit video responses to questions posed by employers, you're in effect granting all candidates a first round of interviews. That levels the playing field as everyone now has a chance to shine regardless of experience, schools or degrees.
Ivy League candidates beware.
