Ziggeo is an ideal way for educators and teachers to reach a wide number of people with effective lessons, and for students to practice and get feedback on lessons.

How it Works: With an embeddable video recorder that seamlessly integrates into your own site or education platform, teachers, experts and students can easily record and submit videos for instruction or feedback.

Instructor Videos: teachers can record and submit videos to teach lessons, use as demonstrations, give out homework assignments and send video messages to students.

Student Videos: students can record and submit videos for feedback from teachers or experts anywhere in the world.  Students can also use Ziggeo to record videos for their own review and progress.

Expert Videos: experts from around the world could record and submit videos.

Types of Videos:

Language learning: Ziggeo can be used for students to record videos in another language as part of homework or oral tests,.

-Language competency: Videos can be taken to ensure a candidate has the appropriate language ability for a particular position.

-Oral Presentations: Students could record videos giving an oral presentation for teacher feedback.  Similarly, for debate practice, students could record and submit arguments.

-Exam verification: students could record videos while taking an exam which can subsequently be used to identify that the correct student has taken the exam.

How it works: With an embeddable video recorder that’s completely white-labeled and seamlessly integrates within your site or platform, videos can be easily recorded from anywhere (on any device) and directly submitted for a teacher or student to see.  And then recorded videos can be played anywhere at anytime by whomever has permission to view the videos. Videos can be as private or public as you like -- and easily and securely shared between a teacher and student or among e.g. students in a classroom.

Complete Video Service:  Ziggeo handles the recording, transcoding to all different formats, playback and hosting of videos.

Mobile-friendly: Videos can be recorded/uploaded and submitted by anyone in the world from any mobile or other device.   No downloading of an app is required as recording is browser-based.  That said, in addition to Ziggeo’s set of APIs, SDKs for video recording/playback are available to integrate into mobile apps.

Control Video Length: You are able to set a maximum recording time so submitted videos are no longer than the time limit you set.  So for instance if you want to limit student recordings to e.g. one minute, that’s all the recording time allowed.  You can also allow as many re-records as possible so videos can be practiced and perfected before submission.

Secure Video Sharing:   Ziggeo lets you configure who has permission to view which videos. Ziggeo has the highest degree of security possible. With our patent-pending technology, Ziggeo was designed from the ground up to ensure that videos can only be accessed by those with permission.

Supports webRTC: Ziggeo fully supports web-RTC whenever possible which makes recording all the more seamless.  Ziggeo can detect which browsers and devices support webRTC -- and for those that do not Ziggeo defaults to e.g. Flash.
