To get the best video recordings, Ziggeo recommends those recording use at least the following versions of browsers:

• Chrome
• Safari
• Firefox
• Opera
• Internet Explorer (at least version 8)

The following operating systems / devices are particularly supported:

• Microsoft Windows (at least Windows XP)
• Linux (e.g. Ubuntu)
