Ziggeo Use Case #5: Screening Babysitters, Nannies and Au Pairs

I got the idea to start Ziggeo when I was looking for an au pair for my three kids.  The service we were using allowed au pair candidates to post short videos of themselves.  It was then I had my "aha" moment.  In just a few second of watching each video I knew if an au pair would be worth contacting. After that experience, I knew I would only pick au pairs among the ones who took the time to post a video.  Not only did it show their motivation -- those who recorded videos showed me they cared enough to take the time to create one -- but also I got a real sense of who they were by watching them on video.
