Best Job Candidates Apply In First 2 Weeks

Data Days: Did you know that the best candidates submit their videos within the first two weeks of calling for submissions? That's right, this week we released data that showed that top-rated candidates are quick to get their submissions in which means you don't need to worry that better candidates are likely to come along later. Candidate-Friendly Features: We're proud of being a candidate-friendly service. We've purposely let candidates re-record their videos before submitting them so they feel they've done their best. And now, with recently launched features, candidates have a five-second warning before their videos start recording. Candidates can also now select which screenshot taken from their videos will be used to represent them.
