In a previous Data Day we revealed that adding an interviewer video tripled the number of candidate responses. We dug a little further and discovered that by customizing a screening room even further, with the addition of a company logo, the number of candidates increases five-fold. That is, there were five times the number of candidates that responded to a position that included both an interviewer video and a company logo. To break it down, the mere addition of a logo with no interviewer video doubled the number of candidate responses (to be precise, 2.03 times the number of candidates than without the logo). And with both a company logo and a video, the results were 5.27 times the number of candidates than without any personalization.
