Data on Device Usage: How Is It Useful?

In this previous post, we explained that Ziggeo customers now have access to data that. Identifies which device or browser was used to record a video. The big question: how is this data helpful? First, knowing which device or browser was used to record a video can help troubleshoot any recording issues. And since such data is automatically generated, no need to ask for such information. It's accurate and immediately available. Device data could also give additional information about the person recording a video. For instance, does he or she use an Android or iOS? Has his/her browser been updated to reflect the most recent version? What is his/her preferred browser?
