How is this data helpful?

1. If a member of your community is experiencing any recording issues, you’ll be able to immediately detect which device/browser was used (without needing to ask). This will help with any trouble-shooting. 2. More information about the individuals recording videos will be captured, including whether they use an Android or iOS; which is their preferred browser; and whether their browser is an old version or has been updated

When is this data available to us?
As soon as the recording starts we would capture this info and make it available as part of the video data. This makes it possible for you to directly access it from the same.
Can we access this data later - and if so, how?
Yes. This data is saved as part of the video data. This means that any time you make a call through API to grab video data, you will be able to see it. You can also always click on the video in your Videos page (within dashboard) and you will be able to see it there as well.
Is this captured for playbacks?
We capture this data during recording and save it within the media data. For playbacks you would benefit from using our analytics instead.
