Ziggeo plans and monthly limits

When it comes to pricing more details is often better. As such we wanted to give you a bit more details about how our plans and pricing work. We will cover plans and their structure. Following that we will explain some of the options you will find in your account. By the end you will also know more about monthly minimum and how overages are calculated.

Plans

All of our plans have always been designed in a way that would provide as much as possible with lowest prices. This is why we are offering better discounts on main actions (recording, playback, storage, etc.) as you go up a plan.

While we offer yearly plans our pricing page will show you the plan per month instead.

At this time, we have Starter, Pro and our Enterprises plans.

Starter plan

Starter plan is great for anyone that does not require additional processing such as watermarks (logos) or effects. It allows you to quickly start recording and creating landing pages.

As such it offers you the ability to come to the event and get ready to accept videos right there. All you need really is to log in and create the landing page (hosted page as we call them). With pre-made templates you can be ready in less than a minute.

Pro plan

Want to brand your videos? With Pro plan this becomes quite simple. All you do is upload an image and set its position. That is it, all your new videos will come with your logo added right away.

Need more? We have more. Turning the videos into various resolutions is few clicks away as well. There are various options to choose from. Select the resolution, the cropping or padding, upscaling and more.

Next to the new features, the Pro plan holds all of the features that Starter has. It also does it with higher discount prices for recording, playback and storage.

Enterprise plans

If you are serious about videos you will likely be using one of our Enterprise plans. You would talk with our sales team to see if you do need it however once you are on it, everything is unlocked.

All of the features of Starter and Pro plan are included, better discounts than Pro plan plus it offers some new features as well.

While there are many, the noticeable ones are likely the ability to automatically spot nudity in the videos before it reaches your audience. Next to that it also offers additional security features such as video transit security and more.

Account options

While we know that Enterprise features might not be a requirement for someone on Starter plan there are some options that are needed for all. While we have more and will add to this list, this list can give you a quick rundown of some useful options.

Billing

One option is to make it convenient for you to send the invoices to your accounting team. You can do that by setting the Invoice Email option.

Pre-filling your account with credits is also available. Pre-fill and see the available balance at any point. You can even limit the amount you would like to spend per month.

There is also a simple way to add VAT or other business info you might need to add to your invoices.

Security

Log in safely by utilizing one of the two options provided by our 2FA. You can add your phone or use authenticator app. What you will use is up to you.

All of the plans are protected by locked in session info allowing higher security.

Monthly minimum and Overages

You have likely seen that we mention "monthly minimum". You have also likely not seen any info about overages on our pages. This is because we do not charge any special overage fees on our plans above.

Depending on your account your recording price will be the same while within plan usage and outside of it. The only real difference is that outside of it, this will show as additional cost.

So what is the monthly minimum? This would depend on your usage really. Every plan has a lot of buffer before you reach the limit. How fast you would get to it however depends on the features you use and the amount of their use.

So if you are at the point in time where you have thousands of videos that have a lot of views you might need a lot of playback. If you are in the stages where you are adding videos you will need more of the recordings.

Just as a quick reference for Starter plan to reach the monthly minimum you could record 45 hours of video and have it watched over 10 times. That is 450 hours of playback! If you record less, you can get more playback or as you play less you will get more recording times. Similar applies to other plans however with a much larger "tank".
